Position: Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a highly energetic and proactive Sales Development Representative to join our growing Sales team! The ideal candidate will come to the table with expertise in prospecting, emailing, and cold calls.  Major bonus points if you’re up to speed on the digital marketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

  •      Tactfully & aggressively hunting for new clients using LinkedIn and other strategies
  •      Work closely with the senior management team to develop targeted lists, marketing strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
  •      Work new leads via email outreach/ Linkedin prospecting
  •      Qualify inbound leads; gather key information to deliver to senior management
  •      Report back enthusiastically on weekly activity, with recommended next steps
  •      Achieve or exceed monthly targets of Qualified Opportunities, Appointments and Closed


  •      1-2+ years business development / sales experience
  •      Self-starter, highly motivated & passionate for sales
  •      Digital Marketing experience / exposure a huge plus (SEO, Google Ads, Display, Facebook Ads etc)
  •      Lots of energy and enthusiasm
  •      Well developed written/verbal communication skills
  •      Strategic problem-solving skills
  •      Proven ability to consistently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time in an organized fashion
  •      Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  •      Ability to listen, understand potential client pain points and identify potential 565 Media solutions
